Are you considering the next step in your veterinarian career? Are you keen on practical rural experience in a small, welcoming community? VetSouth has an exciting opportunity for a full time, permanent, mixed animal veterinarian at our rapidly growing clinic in Balclutha.
This role will join an existing clinical team of four vets, three techs and a nurse, as well as becoming a part of the wider VetSouth family. The role split would be approximately 40% SA and 60% LA, and this can be flexible.
You will contribute to our growth journey by bringing mixed animal veterinarian expertise and experience, and the ability to build trusted and caring client relationships. You will join a highly motivated and close knit team who love what they do within our local community. We connect in with the larger teams within VetSouth, who provide excellent peer support, mentoring, networking, and breadth of expertise and career development opportunities.
VetSouth clinic’s are locally owned and operated, and future shareholdership is possible for the right candidate over time. We are also happy to consider applications from people willing to commute from further afield i.e. Dunedin.
